Manual Therapy
Manual Therapy techniques which have a big series of interventions where the physiotherapist uses her hands with the correct movements required to reduce aching, increase range of movement in the joints, reduce edema, raise relaxation, improving the extent of contracting and non-contracting tissues. Improves lung functionality.
Fibrolisis Facial Mechanical
It is defined as a specific instrumental intervention to normalize functioning in the musculoskeletal system. It is considered a treatment method for mechanical changes in the locomotor system and is widely used in sports for therapeutic and preventive purposes.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist uses special cups placed on the skin for a few minutes with the purpose of creating absorption. This relaxes the body and promotes its well-being reducing pain and inflammation in the process like a deep massage.
Exercise
Activity that requires physical effort, performed to maintain or improve health and physical condition. Exercises improve your heart and lungs.
Stretching
Stretching increases flexibility and improves a wide range of joint movements, helping them move freely. It also protects you from injuries during your training. It is suggested to do 10-20 minutes of stretching per day.
Lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle form of massage that encourages the discharge of lymph nodes around the body. It helps to relieve lymphedema, remove waste and toxins from body tissues.
Reflexology
It is a form of massage focused on pressure points on the feet that are directly connected to other areas of the body, including the organs.
Thai Massage
Performed on a mat, a typical Thai session lasts 90 minutes where the therapist’s limbs (feet, knees, hands, elbows) are used to create deep pressure.
Visceral manipulation

Facial Manipulation

Muscular Manipulation
